I combine Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), C0aching and Spirituality to assist people achieve fulfilment and balance.

When I meet someone for the first time, my initial question is “what do you want to achieve?”  The answer becomes the focus of the therapy.   I assist people to transform negative beliefs and emotions.

Once a person is ready to change, my techniques works quickly.  Even after one session there will be increased awareness, discovery and new choices.

My sessions are designed to enlighten and create immediate change.  All issues discussed during therapy are strictly confidential.  You are always in control.  I work with children from the age of 7, teenagers and adults.  Sessions are 90 minutes for adults while an hour may be long enough for a teenager.  Children often only need 30-45min sessions because they are so open and willing to try new things.
